Cut off times vary by warehouse and should be confirmed with our Sales personnel.

Direct all inquires for standard or special orders to our Sales Department. Inquiries or orders may be placed by Phone, Fax, E-mail or On-Line. When sending a fax, mail order or e-mail always include your complete name, telephone number, billing and shipping address, shipping instructions, purchase order number and a contact name.

We invite the opportunity to quote on special tools, and non-standard catalog items. Please send them to the attention of the Sales Department. Special orders may require a deposit. Special tools made to order are not subject to cancellation or return. Special orders will be considered complete at +/-10% of order.

Please direct inquiries for repairs and requests for information for items on back-order to the Sales Department.

All firms having a satisfactory Dun & Bradstreet rating will be shipped immediately on open account. If not rated, please submit three references and the name of your bank (phone number and contact name). Allow one week for processing. If immediate delivery is required, before references can be checked, you can pay with Credit Card through our PayPal Invoicing with your initial order or instruct us to ship C.O.D. If your firm is tax exempt, please provide us with the appropriate certificates when setting up your account.

Minimum orders are typically not required. However, We reserve the right to set Minimum Order Limits during Special Promotions and Discount Incentives.

Orders received by 2:00 PM CST are shipped the same day. This applies to any standard catalog item except large items or quantities that require special packaging. Guarantee does not apply during computer interruptions, acts of God, non-scheduled carriers, carrier non-performance.

Our terms are Net 30 Days from invoice date. Accounts that are 45 days old are past-due and put on hold.

All items are F.O.B. shipping point unless specified otherwise. We will ship by ground United Parcel Service insured whenever possible. Request for UPS Collect Shipments must be made in writing. Air Freight & truck shipments are available on request.

Any claims for discrepancies in shipments must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Any damage incurred on the exterior of the package must be claimed through the commercial carrier.

Hazardous materials are subject to governmental regulation. We will not ship hazardous materials with non-hazardous materials. They are not returnable. They will not be shipped via air. There is a surcharge added to shipments that contain hazardous materials. You will be advised that a surcharge is required at the time you place your order. We reserve the right to choose the carrier authorized to ship hazardous materials.

THE TOOL MART Inc. may be prohibited from offering certain products that contain chemicals (hydro chlorofluorocarbons) to customers that are not commercial customers as defined by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA). As per the USEPA, it is a violation of federal law to sell, distribute, or offer to sell or distribute any chlorofluorocarbon or aerosol hydro-chlorofluorocarbon containing cleaning fluid for electronic and photographic equipment to anyone who is not a commercial user of this product. The penalty for violating this prohibition can be up to $25,000 per sale. Individuals purchasing such products must present proof of their commercial status in accordance with 40 CFR 82.68(a) or (c). ODS restrictions may change without notice.

UPS Shipments: Notify your local UPS office immediately. Keep damaged goods and containers until advised to dispose. Advise us so we can reship your merchandise and place a claim. Truck Shipments: As shippers we are not responsible for items damaged or lost by motor freight carriers. Check your order carefully upon arrival. All damages and/or shortages must be noted on the delivery receipt. If you accept a shortage or damaged shipment from the delivery carrier without proper notation on the delivery receipt, you do so at your own risk.

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. All prices are subject to change without prior written notice. Your orders will be billed at our current price. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote unless otherwise noted. Any typographic or similar error in this catalog is subject to correction.

Inquiries regarding discounts on large quantity purchases are invited.

All export orders under $100.00 are subject to a $10.00 surcharge. Packing, freight postage, insurance and forwarding costs are extra costs.

We will accept merchandise for return within 30 days of shipment. Special tools made to order are not returnable. To return merchandise you must call us for a Return Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Please call so that we may know your problem. This will help us replace your merchandise promptly, and eliminate unnecessary correspondence. All returns are subject to our inspection. Include with your return a copy of your invoice or packing slip. All merchandise must be returned in its original undamaged packing along with any certifications, instructions, parts, etc. Failure to do so will result in either credit reduction or credit denial. We cannot accept etched, marked, or altered merchandise for credit. Write your Return Authorization Number (RAN) on the return shipping label. Return items via ground UPS prepaid and insure packages over $100.00. If the error was ours, we will credit your account.
*Special order items are subject to a restocking charge.

Merchandise found to be defective in material or workmanship within 30 days from date of shipment shall be repaired or replaced or, at our option, a full refund of the purchase price may be given. A return of the purchase price of the defective merchandise or merchandise sent in error is our only liability. There are no warranties except those made by the manufacturer and ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT-ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PURPOSE ARE EXCLUDED.

All technical data has been supplied by the manufacturer and is listed only as a convenience. We do not warrant or represent that the merchandise complies with the provisions of any law, particularly including but not limited to the Walsh-Healey Public Contract Act and the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, and regulations promulgated there under.
